Erste Bank Polska once again on the Diversity IN Check list
The results of the Diversity IN Check survey have been announced for the sixth time. This annual initiative by the Responsible Business Forum identifies employers that are the most advanced in building an inclusive workplace in Poland. Erste Bank Polska has also been included in this group for the sixth time.
This year, a record number of 119 companies applied to take part in the survey. A total of 79 organisations qualified for the list of the most advanced employers in diversity and inclusion management.
About the survey
The Diversity IN Check survey is recognised as one of the most advanced tools for assessing diversity strategies in Poland. It covers five key thematic areas:
- Management fundamentals
- Programmes and initiatives
- Building engagement
- Performance indicators
- Accessibility of products and services
The survey makes it possible to assess employers’ maturity in diversity management and in building a safe organisational culture. It is conducted by the PBS research agency. The survey questionnaire is based on international standards such as:
- Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- ISO 26000 and ISO 30415 standards
- GRI Standards
- OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
- ISO 30415:2021 Human resource management — Diversity and inclusion
