Erste Bank Polska launches another edition of Hajsologia – a project that helps young people become more comfortable with money, conscious choices and good financial habits. This year, students themselves will decide which schools Hajsologia will visit. All it takes is a creative video on Instagram or TikTok. The winners will receive a finance lesson with popular online creators and a bank expert.

Can finance be discussed with teenagers in a way that truly engages them? Erste Bank Polska is once again putting this to the test in practice. Following the success of previous editions of Hajsologia, the project is returning to schools with a new format and strong involvement from young people.

In this year’s edition, seventh-grade students can compete for a special Hajsologia lesson for their school. The task? To prepare a short video for Instagram or TikTok showing what makes them believe in themselves and why their school should be visited by Hajsologia.

Creativity, ideas and young people’s activity on social media will be the key to winning the prize. The most interesting submissions will be rewarded with a Hajsologia visit to the school.

A finance lesson, but on students’ own terms

This year, Erste Bank Polska has invited three influencers to join the project: Borys “Per Dżinn” Otawa, Julia Sanczenko and Natan Zgorzyk. Students submitting their school will be able to choose the creator they would like to meet during the special lesson. Marcin “TuKarbo” Karbowski, an Erste Bank Polska expert and adviser at NetWork Spot in Gdańsk, will also take part in the events again.

Combining online creators with a financial expert is intended to help present the topic of money from a perspective that resonates with teenagers. One of the leading themes of this year’s meetings will be believing in one’s own abilities and building financial self-confidence – competencies that will be useful not only when opening a first account or managing pocket money, but also when making important decisions in adult life.

What needs to be done?

Taking part in the competition is simple. Seventh-grade students should:

  • gather a team and choose the influencer they would like to have a Hajsologia lesson with,
  • record a short video showing why their school is worth visiting and answer the question: “What makes you believe in yourselves?”,
  • obtain consent from a teacher to take part in the competition,
  • publish the video on Instagram or TikTok with the tags #hajsologia2026 and @erstebankpolska, or send it to konkurs@followagency.pl.

Submissions are open until 30 September 2026, and the winning schools will be announced by 7 October.

Hajsologia does not end with three lessons

This year’s edition is not limited to three special meetings with influencers. Throughout the year, Hajsologia will reach more schools thanks to the involvement of volunteers – bank employees. As part of activities carried out by the Erste Foundation, financial lessons will be delivered to students in schools across Poland.

We want talking about money to feel natural for young people – not like another school subject, but as knowledge that helps them better understand everyday decisions and believe in their own abilities. Our volunteers will be happy to help students enter the world of finance in a way that is easy and accessible for young people.

Once again, Hajsologia combines practical financial knowledge with the language, formats and topics that are close to young people. And the first step towards financial self-confidence may be… recording a video.
