Erste Bank Polska is launching another edition of the podcast series “With New Energy About Finance”, dedicated to the challenges currently facing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Across eight episodes, the bank’s experts and invited guests will discuss how entrepreneurs can better prepare their businesses for cost-related, technological, regulatory and market changes that will shape the conditions for doing business in the coming years.

The new season of the series focuses on the challenges currently faced by SMEs. The conversations will cover, among other topics, rising energy prices and ways to reduce related expenses, the use of AI in business operations, building organisational resilience and preparing companies for changing economic conditions. Invited experts and guests will also discuss investment financing opportunities, the potential of thermal modernisation, the principles of the circular economy and the consequences of delaying action related to the green transition. The conclusions drawn from the conversations are intended to show how decisions concerning access to capital, energy efficiency, the implementation of new technologies and sustainable development translate into the day-to-day operations of enterprises.

The podcasts are part of Erste Bank Polska’s educational activities aimed at SME entrepreneurs and microbusiness owners who are looking for knowledge about financing, investments and business transformation. The series is designed to explain the phenomena that affect the cost of doing business, access to capital and the competitiveness of Polish enterprises in the context of sustainable development. Representatives of the worlds of finance, technology, energy, consulting and institutions supporting entrepreneurs were invited to take part in the series. Guests include experts from Towarowa Giełda Energii, Innovatika, Quantica Lab, Abris Capital Partners, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, MCI Capital, GrantSpot, Erste Leasing, Rekopol and Osborne Clarke.
