Erste Bank Polska has become the main partner of the upcoming ESG Ideas Fair, an event organized by the Responsible Business Forum (FOB). This year, for the first time, the fair will last two days. It will combine a substantive conference and diverse discussion panels with practical workshops.

This year’s edition is held under the theme “Big Ideas, Small Steps”. The event will provide an opportunity to discuss the most important and current topics related to sustainable development. Leaders and business experts, representatives of academia, and public institutions will take part in the discussions.

The decision to support the ESG Ideas Fair was a natural choice for us. We want to actively participate in the exchange of experiences among experts and practitioners. At Erste Bank Polska, we believe that the path to sustainable transformation is built through consistent everyday actions that, in the long term, help shape a future based on responsibility.

Michał Gajewski

CEO of Erste Bank Polska

Experts from Erste Bank Polska will participate in three formats during the event:

  • Joanna Olszewska, Director of the Retail Customer Segment Area, will deliver a presentation on healthy finances,
  • Przemysław Sandomierski, Compliance Manager, will take part in the panel “Just Transition at the Heart of Sustainable Change”,
  • Bartłomiej Dziewulski, lawyer and specialist in data protection and AI, will participate in the workshop “Ethics in Times of Virtualization”.

Corporate social responsibility is an integral part of the organizational culture of Erste Bank Polska. For many years, it has participated in initiatives of the Responsible Business Forum. The bank is, among others, a member of the Partnership Program and a signatory of the Diversity Card. In addition, as part of its expert collaboration, the bank’s representatives share their knowledge in reports, publications, and webinars organized by FOB.

The ESG Ideas Fair will take place on June 17–18 at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw. More information about the event and registration is available at https://targiesg.odpowiedzialnybiznes.pl/.
