Erste Bank Polska has been named on the Best Workplaces™ Poland 2026 list, announced by the GPTW Institute Poland. This is the third year running that the bank has been recognised for its corporate culture and friendly working environment.

Erste Bank Polska has made it onto the list of winners of the Great Places to Work™ Poland 2026 ranking, which features the highest-rated organisations among companies certified by Great Place to Work® in 2025.

The award is based on the results of the Trust Index™ survey, which is one of the world’s most widely recognised tools for assessing corporate culture. The survey measures, among other things, levels of trust, employee engagement and consistency of experience – regardless of age, gender or job role.

Erste Bank Polska has been recognised for its consistent efforts to create a friendly and supportive work environment, in which transparent communication, mutual trust and a commitment to ensuring equal opportunities for all employees play a key role.

This distinction proves that, together, we are creating a place built on trust, dignity and commitment. And that is precisely what our organisation stands for. It is the result of a collective effort on the part of the entire Bank – employees, leaders and the Management Board working as a single team.

Head of the Business Partnership Division

It is through the integration of these areas that we can build a modern working environment in which the employee experience is regarded as a key factor in the organisation’s success – on a par with the customer experience.

The Great Place to Work™ certification is not only a prestigious accolade, but also a valuable diagnostic tool that helps organisations develop a workplace culture based on data and genuine employee feedback.
